Spiritual Peace and Com to 17 And if you did firmly conceive of , as one that is ten thoufand times mor Gracious , Loving and Amiable then any fr4nd that you have in the world , it would make you not on ly to Love him above all friends , but alfo more freely, delightfully and unweariedly to think of him: 4. And then you would hence have this fur- ther Advantage , that you would have lefs back wardnefs to any Duty , and lefs wearinefs in Duty : you would find more delight in Prayer; Meditation and fpeech of God , when once God himfelf were more Lovely and delightful) in your eyes. 5.
