And however, mof}Interpreters do take this in a Litteral Gfenfe onely, and look upon it as a Hiftory ofwhat God did outwardly and externally among the Jewes, when they were 'deffroyed and carried into captivity, yet to me there is much more in it;for all thofe relationsare types offpiritual things; thewordoftheLorden duringfor ever ; as David faith, Ihave fees an end ofallperfection, but thy Law is exceeding broad : And in this fenfe, it is promifed, there hall be nomore anIn- chanter in Ifrael. But, we will endeavour to apply all this to our felves, and make LIfe thereof.
