When the gofpel (hall have a free courfe and be gloried; not reftrained by the prejudices, the paffions, the pride, and the fecular views of men ; when religion fhall be bet- ter underftood, and more fincerely and uni - verfally pratifed, and to fpeak in the pro - phetick (file of the fcripture, when Satan fhall be bound, and Chriji Jhall reign upon earth in the fpirit of meeknefs, of charity, and liberty. In the mean time, let the chriftians who are delivered from the intolerable fervituda of popery, be thankful to the providence of God, to whofe interpofition they owe their deliverance.
