166 PSALME "`J11IXo -t hovah, let me not be abafl:ed. 32 I will run the way of thy Commandements, when thou (halt inlarge mine heart. n 33 Teach me,O Jehovah,the way of thy flames, that I may keepe it unto the end. n 34 Make me to underttand,that I may keep thy Law, and obferve it with all the heart. n 35 Make mee to tread in the path of thy Commandements, for in it I take .pleafure. n 36 Incline mine heart unto thy teftimonies, tt and not unto covetoufrreffe. 37 Turneaway mine eyes from Peeing falle vanitie; quic- n ken me in thy waies. 38 Confirme to thy fervant thy faying, which is given to the n feare of thee. 39 Turne away my reproach which I am afraid of,for thy judgements are n good. 4o Loe I have a defire to thy pre - cepts; in thy luflice quicken thou me. 1 41 And let thy mercies come to mee, Jehovah; thy falvation, according to thy 1 faying. 42 And I fhallanfwer him that re- proacheth me, becaufe I have trotted in thy 1 Word. 43 And pull not thou out of my mouth the word of truth very much,becaulè I have hopefully waited for thy judgments. 144 And I will obferve thy Law continual- 1 ly, for ever and perpetual) aye. 45 And I Tall walke in a large roomth , becaufe I 1 have fought thy precepts. 46 And I will fpeake of thy teftimonies in the prefence of 1 Kings, and notbeafhamed. 47 And Iwill delight my felfe in thy Commandements, 1 which I have loved. 48 And I will lift up my hands to thy commandements which I Í have loved, & will meditate on thy flatutes. 49 Remember the word of thy fervant, for which thou haft made me hopefully to 1 wait. 5o This is my comfort''in mine affli- 7 ¿lion, that thy faying quickneth me. 51 The proud have (corned mevery greatly ; from t thy Law I have not declined. 52 I remem- bred thy judgements ofold, O Jehovah,and t comforted my felfe. 53 A burning horrour Í hath taken hold on me for the wicked, the 1 ' forfakers ofthy Law. 51. E6 Learne mee goodneflé of reafon and to knowledge,for I have beleeved in thy com- mandements. 67 Before I was afl-lréled, I to waa affray ; but now I obferve thy faying. 68 Good art thou, and doeft good ; learne t7 me thy ftatutes. 69 The proud have forged t7 againft me falfhood; I, withall the hearr,do keep thy precepts. 7o Their heart is grolle as fat; I,in thy Law have delighted my (elfe. 7r it is good for me that I Has afidìed, t7 that I may learne thy ftatutes. 72 The Law 17 of thy mouth is better to me than thoufands of gold and filver. 73 Thine hands have made mee, and fa- fhioned me ; make me to underfland, that I may learnt thy commandements. 74 They that feare thee, ¡hall fee me and rejoyce,be- caufe I have hopefully waited for thy word. 75 I know, Jehovah, that thy judgements are juflice, and with faithfulneffe thou haft affli'ted me. 76 Oh let thy mercie be to comfort me, according to thy laying unto thy fervant. 77 Let thy tender mercies come to me, that I may live, for thy Law is my delights. 78 Let the proud be abafhed, for with falfhood they have depraved me : I do meditate in thy precepts. 79 Let thole turne to me that feare thee, and that know thy teflimon:es.
