In thefe aC!ings of Chrift in Heaven ( if we will follow him ) we muft go from glory to glory ; no fooner come we out of one room of glory, but ptefemly we flep into another as glorious as that before: one would think, enough had been faid al– ready of the glory of Chrifl, and of our glory in Chrifl; who would not willingly fit down under the lhadow of this l1appinefs, and go no further ? but yet this is not all; fo thick and fa!l: doth the glory of Chrift break in upon us, that no fonner out ofone, butprefently weareledinto ihe bofom of another. Oh what a blelfed thing is it to beviewing Cbrift, and to beiooking up to Jtfm Chriff; Saints might do nothing elfe (if they pleaftd) but ravilh their. hearts with the diverfity of heavenly light and com– fort, which breaks forth from the bofom of Jefus Chrift.
