The fubjed: matter interceded for, is, that all the Saints andtheir fervi&e, mightfind acceptance with 6od; firft Chrift's imer– ceffion is for our perfons, and then Chri!l: sinterceffion is for our works; for as our per– fans are but in part regenerate, and in part unregenerate; or in parr Hefh and in part fpirit ; fo b~ pur duties, part good and parr evil; in part fpiri~ual and ilj pan fl!'flll; now by Chrifl's interceffion is Chrift'sfarisfaction applied to our per(ons, and by confequencc the defect qf our duties is covered and removed; and both we and our works are appro– ved and a.cc~pt~d of God the Father. I anfwer, according eo both natures: r.
