What? is Chrift moft wil ing to receive finners? 0 then be exhorted l who would not come to Jefus Chrift? me .thinks now all l!nners of all forts fhould fay, though I have been a drunkard, a fwearer, an unclean perfon, yet now I heare Chrift is willing to receive flnners,and therefore l will go to Jefus Chrift. This is my exhortation, 0 come rmto Chrijf, come unto Chrift ! behold here in the name of the Lord I £\:and, and make invitation to poore l!nner;; Oh will ye not come? how will you anfwer it at the great day, when it {ball be [aid, the Lord Jefus made a tender and offer of mercy to you, and you wouid not accept of it ? Oh come to Chrift, and beleeve on Chrift; as Chrift is willing to receive you, fo be you willing to give .up your fouls to him ; the motives to this I. may lay down in thefe particulars.- I. The doetrine ofChrift, Cone unto me,-and him that cometh unto me I will in no wife ca[i out. All the arguments of God and Chrift, of which you have heard, the practife ofChrift whiles he was upon earth, and the heart of Chrift now in heaven; lay thefe together,and apply them to your own fouls, oh what work will they make ! 2.
