You may as reafonably imagine that a Swine, whole infeparable quality is to love wal- lowing in the Mire, can delight in a clean Room , adorn'd with beautiful Piaures. If the Tongue be depraved with a foul humour, and the Difeafe is the Taller, the moff relifhing Food is infipid : till the Palate be cleanfed and recover its true Temper, it cannot judge aright.
