They received their Being from his weer Pleafure. This molt free Favour infinitely binds them to his Service. A derived Being has dependant operati- ons. 3. They are confirm'd in their hate of ever-flouriíhing Felicity, by peculiar Grace. In the morningof the Creation Heaven ihin'd with innumerable Stars, the Angels of Light, of whom a valt number are by their Rebellion, become wandering Stars, to whom is referv'd the blacinefs ofdarknefs for ever. How dread- ful was their Fall ? Fromwhat Felicity into what Woe ? Now the good Angels are in a fupernatural fate, without the leali danger of Change and Separation from the bleffed Prefence of God. The Graceof Confirmation renews their ob9 ligation to the Divine Goodnefs ; they are not fäfe in themfelves, but their fide- lity is fecur'd by the continual influence of the Holy Spirit. In them is perfeEt Light, and perfeE Love, the fountains of their Obedience.
