And if any 13ifhop be found negligent and remits in purging his Diocefs from the leaven of Heretical pravity, when this appeareth by certain figns, let him be depofed from his EpiCco- pal office, and another fit man be tubfiituted in his place, who will and `can confound heretical pray icy.
