That the Pope John from his Youth was of a naughty difpofiti- on, impudent, a lyar, rebellious againft his Parents, given to moll Vices, and fo was, and [till is accounted of all that know him; Cardinals, Arch- Bithops, Bifhops, &c. witnefs it. 2. Hegathered riches bySymony, and wicked means. 3. By thefe Symoniacal riches he purchafed a Cardinals place at great rates. 4. Pofref ling Bononia as Legate by tyranny and cruel exac`lions, inhu- manely and impioufly he ruined the people, without all Juftice or Piety, &c. 5. Getting thus to be Pope,like a Pagan he contemned all Divine Offices, 6.
