Many who obferve ho,v heartlefly and hypo- critically prefcribed forms of prayer are ufed by toomany, do avoid it bydenying the lawfulnefs ofall forms : And many who fee theerrour of this opinion, do efcape it by turning to meer formality, and deriding all prayer which is not written in a book, or prefcribed by another. Ifany who fee how thofe that were baptized in Infancy, are admitted to adult Communion with- out ever underitanding or ferioufly owning the Covenant into which theywere thenentered; and feeing how the Church is corrupted hereby; do avoid this errour by denying the baptifm of In- fants. Andmany that fee the errour of the A. nabaptifts, do avoid it by countenancing the a- forefaid Church-corruption : and if Infants bebat baptized, they never care whether they be called, at years of difcretion to theTolman renewing and owning of their Covenant.
