Nonconformifts, or fuch as have not fubfcribed and declared according to the AA of Uniformity, and other fubfequent Ads. z. They, or fume of them, and other Perfons not ordained, according to theForm of theChurch of Eng- land, who have line the Ad of Oblivion preached in Unlawful Affemblies, and have fettled themfelves in Corporations. z. So that in this AA the Offence it felt prohibited is Coming within five miles, &c. But the qualification of thefubjcetoffending, is abfolutely necefjary to it.
