But all others without any exception that are brought to Church, theymutt bury with a publick Declaration that they are faints, viz. j. Much more ifit be a common blafphemer, perjured perfon, adulterer, drunkard, a (corner at a godly life, &c. who never profeffed repentance, but defpifed the Minifter and his counfel to the latt breath, yet if he be brought to the Church for buryal, the Prieft mutt pronounce him fáved in the aforefaid words, fo be it he be not Excommunicate ( of which fort of late there are too great numbers rifen up, in fo much thatthe fober Prelatifts themfelves cry out ofthe growth and peril
