It would make a man amazed (faith Mr. Calvin) to confider how oft, and with what zeale and prote- fbation, God requireth all ( that w ilbe his people )to fanaifie the feuenth day : Yea, how the God of mercy , tnerctlefly puniíheth the breach of this Comman- dement with cruel death : as though it were the fumme of his whole honour and fernice. And it is certaine, that bee who makes no confcience to breake the Sabbath, will not(to ferne his turne) make any con- fci ence to breake any of the o -' ther Commandements, fo bee may doe it without d f relit of; his reputation , or danger of Mans Law.
