Someofknowledge, and free from crime, but unfandtified. Some are truely Sanctified. The firft Chrift permittethor inflictethas judgements,Mat. 28.19. For to him is allpowerandjudgement committedin heaven and earth. The fecond Chrift giveth, and that for the good of the Church : for if men be qualified for life and doctrine, ami have a calling, are inwardly excited and outwardly called, that is, approvedof the Church, defired, or after accepted by the people, they are to be held as Minifters, given for the goodof the Church, though
