For there ¡hall be a day, that the watch- men upon the Mount of Ephraim Ad cry, Arife ye,ancllet us go up to Sion to the Lord our God And the Apoffles in the New Teflament call upon men for the mutual! help of each other for edifica- tion. This Prophecie does not Hand alone for the deftruc`.ti- on of it. CHAP. XVIII. Schooles and Nurferies of Learning, in order to a gifted Minijiery neceffary. AS a Miniftery is to be eflablifhed to bring men into Cove- nant, and to bring them up to the termes of the Covenant, fo all that neceffarily conduces to it is neceffarily to be provided.
