of the Covenant. 25i_ · 1 1 arm of the Lord revealed,' is declated by the Pfa!– mift, Pfalm ex. 3· 'Thy people £hall be willing .in the day of thy power.' Arid by the Prophet, lfa. xhv. 3· ' I will pour my Spirit upon thy feed.--Ver. 4· And they £hall fpring up.-Ver. 5· One fbl\11 fay, I am the Lord's.' ChriH communicates to them, and ~very one of them, at the time a.ppointed in the eter– nal counfel, the Spirit and grace of the covenant, therein fecured for them by promife ; and thereby they are quickned, enabled, and determined to be– lieve.
