Hence are we fo often times commandedto Receive him , & to Be- leeve in & on Him & in his name ; & Faith is exprefhed bya Coming to him, Eating &: Drinking of Him , Receiving of him, &c. roh. t: I2. & 3: 16, 36. & 6: 29, 3 5, 3 7, l-o, 44)47 )51, 5 4, 5 5)58. & 7: 3S. So then Saving and Juftifying 'Faith taketh whole Chrift. I . Faith taketh him & clofeth with him wholly ; as to his Natures :,Faith receiveth him, as Mediator , God & Man in one perfon , though it be for- mally terminated on him , as God Soh. 14.: I. & as the Son of God Gal. 2: 20.
