Not only upon the wayesof this or that man, but of every man; let man bewhat he willfor a man, let him be a great man, or a mean man, let him be a rich man or a poor man, let him be a wife man or a fool, let himbean ignorant or a knowing man, let him be a holy or a prophane man, let him be a iubtle or a fimple man, his eyes are upon him. This latter claufe of the verte is of the fame fence with the former, therefore I fhall not flay upon the openingof it. And though thefe two words, wayes and goings may be expounded for the fame thing,yet in this conjun li- on we maydiftinguifh them, byunderftanding the word wayes,for the conftant courfe of aman's life,and the word goings,for his par- ticular and renewed motions inchafewayes.
