As hypocrites fulfil, in appearance, the judgment of the upright, that is, do like upright men fo the up: iglu may, in appearance, do like hypo- crites, and then they alto fulfil the judgement of thewicked. pi, Paid to his wife, in the fecond chapter, Thou fpeakefl like afeolifh woman ; and nowElihu tells him, thouhaft fpoken and doneas a wicked man. Note, Thirdly ;; They who do like the wicked, muff not thinkmuch if they be numbred with the wicked,and involved in thefame out- ward evilsand judgmentswhich ufually fall uponwick- edmen. Though we may not judge fuch a mans eternal eflate like that of the wicked, yet as to this or that aeì, we may (without breach of charity) numbed him among the wicked, and he mayquickly feel the fame fmart which the wicked feel.
