And in- deed,he that bath all power in his hand,can have nothing bucright in his heart. How few are there in power (though their way be in- joyned to them, though they have power meerlyby cammiflïon, from fuperior powers, though their power be loch as they are to give an account of,yet,I fay, how few are there in power) who do not much iniquity, who do nor, either for want ni better informa- tion, or, ofa better confcience, opprefs, grieve and aff{Fdl thole that have to do with them, or are fuhjea to them !
