IN the former verte Eau fpake of the Clouds, of the thick Cloud wearied with watering,and of the bright Cloud,fcatter- edby the Wind or Sun. In thefe two vertes he further lets down two things more generally concerning the Clouds. Firft, He thews whence the motion of the Cloud is , and by what or whom dire&ed; It is turned about by his counfel, in the beginning of che 2th verte, and he caufeth it to come, at che be- ginning of the t 3th verte. There we have the Spring of the Clouds motion. Secondly , Elihu thews the purpofe,or the defign of the Lord in turning about the Clouds by his counfel; which deign is laid down two wayes. Firft , In general, That they may dowhatfoever he com,nandeth them upon theface ofthe world in the earth ; that's the fir (t purpofe of God in moving the Clouds,they are to execute his Commands; and that's his general purpofe.
