Firfi , Vapours are railed and condenled into Clouds by the counfel of God, he caufeth the vapours to afcend from the ends of the earth, .( Pfal.. 1 3 5.7.) Which vapours (as was (hewed before ) are the material caufeor matter of the Clouds, Secondly, Asby the eounfel of God the vapours are railed, of which Clouds are made ; fo this Text tells us,that by his coun- fel the Cloudsare moved, andordet'd in their motion ; which motion of the Clouds is very various ; fomtimes one way, fom- times another,fomtitnes forward, fomtirnes backward, or retro- grade ; fpmtirnes their motion iscircular , as the word hereúfed by Elihu feerneth to imply, It is turned or whirled about ; accord- ingto that of Solomon( Eccl: i. 6. ) The wind goeth toward the South, and turneth about unto the North; it whirleth about conti- nually, and the windreturneth again according to his Circuit. We have here three words expreffing the motion of the wind;Fir, it goeth ; Secondly, whirleth about ; Thirdly, returnethagain ;; and all this according to its circuits.
