The Lord feems in there words, to make proclamation all the ku1oflendit world over, to enquireamongAngels and Men,who it is, or whe- s®iht vta ín ther there be any one that can come forth and fay, he bath pre- curds Vatcbi. vented him. To prevent,is to be aforehand with another in courtetie or kind- nets, in helpor affiflance. God prevents man in all thefe,but no man bath prevented God in anyone of them.
