As if he had Paid, If Angels are not able to hand be- fore God, and juititie themfelves upon his enquiry ; then certain- ly man, the belt of men,who dwell but in houles of clay cannot i But Angels cannot juta-ifie themfelves before God,therefore much lcfs can the belt ofmen. That Angels are not able to juflific them- felves before God, he proves in thefe words : Behold he put no truff in hisfervants, and his Angels he chargedwith folly : They that cannot be trutied by God, cannot be julfified by God-: And they that are chargeable with folly, are not able to !land in judge- ment before the molt wife, the only wife and holy God, Angels are excellent creatures, yet becaufecreatures, theyare in, and of themfeivesfraiie and weak: they have no frength to flan d longer then upheld, no tteadfaitnefs to obey, longer then confirmed, no faithfulnefs to be loyal, longer then over - ruled, no wifdom to dilcerne,further then they are enlightned; what then will become of man, if he !land alone, or hand in competition with Godhit Maker ? This is the futn and general feule of the words as they are an argument. We will now confider them as they lye here in order. Behold heput no truff in his fervant..
