As if he lud laid, What is man that thou fhouldeft magnifiehim, byfitting thine heart uponhim ? And fo letting theheart upon a man, is an expli- cation ofwhat is meant bymagnifying man. And that's a cleare truth ;. when God lets his heart upon a man,he magnifies him lure enough; that aft ofGod is the exaltation of the creature : Man needs no greater honour then this, that God fets his heart upon him ;he that knows that,knowes himfelf high enough. Whatfoeve man lets his heart upon, he (as man)exalts and magnifies it.
