The finfulnefs ofman appears in nothing, more then in this, That he calleth not upon God, Pfalm 14.4. Have all the workers ofiniquity no knowledge ? who eat up mypeople as they eat bread, andcall not upon the Lord : Now as the fin ofman appears exceedingly in not calling upon God, fo the wrath of God appears exceedingly in not hearing man when he calls, Prov. 1.20.
