Inwhich words,as in thefe before us, while fob lifts up the Majefly of God, and humbleth himfelf,as unworthy to have todo with God,yet he difcovers alb vehement longings ofhis foul to receive a judge- ment or determination from God in this fuit or controvertiie, which had depended fo long between him and his friends. The Obfervations which arife from this reading and fence of the Text, are of the fame firain, with thole formerly given upon that, and force other patfages, where Job knowing his own uprightnefsand integrity, declares not only willingnefs, but ext ream earneflnefs, to have his caufe tryed at the Barr, and before the Tribunal of God, who both law his wayes, and fearched his heart : who as he had jutlifléd him from all guilt in reference to himfclf, by not imputing fin untohim, fo he would juflifie him againft the fins which men imputed tohim, by Paying he was not at all guilty.
