We may obferve ; Fiat, That God morketh more in the Northern parts ofthe world then he doth in theSouth. And the reafon of this mly be, becaufe the Northern partsof the world are more inhabited and peopled then the Southern are. And which may be a fecond reafon of it, The Inhabitants ofthe Northern parts of the world are more civillized and better in- ftruded then the Southerne.
