For though many things lye long in the will ofGod before theyare done, & what he willed from .eternity is done in tune,.& the time ofdoing it be yet a great way off, yet becan doe any thing as loon as will it, and whatfoever he willeth or defireth, is, to him, asdone already. The fiat .creation was the produ&ion of all thingsout of nothing to that being which they had, but there is another worke ofcreation which is the continuing or renewingofthings in their being,and ofthis he faith; Thou fendefforth thy Spirit, that is, thy power, they are created, and thou renewefl the face of theearth. Thouma- kett a newworld ; And thus God makes a newworld every year, fending forth his Spirit, or quickning power in the rain, and Sun to renew the faceof the earth. When he looketh, or catisan angry eye upon theearth it tremhleth.
