The untying of it depends upon the right underffanding of the won- derful conjunaion of thedivine and humane nature in the unity of the perfon of our Redeemer ; For by reafon of the ffriétnefie of this perfonal union, whatfoevermay be verified of either of thofe natures, the fame may be truly spoken of thewhole perfón, fromwhitherfoever of the Natures it be deno- minated: For the clearing whereof, remember that in him dwelleth all the fulneffe of the Godhead bodily, Co!. 2. 9. i.e. by filch a. perfonal and real u- nion, as döth infeparately and everlaffingly conjoyne that infinite Godhead, with his finite manhood inthe unity ofthe felf-fame individual perfon.
