286 The Sudlaprarians doctrine every man who performeth the conditi- ons of repenting, believing, perfevering, they make nothing :lgainfl the decrees of abfolute Election and Preterition , unleffe he can thew that God bath prepared the fame riches of his mercy to make all men fulfill the conditions. For if this prepa- ration be made for force and not for others, and that according to Gods abfolute will, and not according to the forefeen diffe- rences of good and bad wills in men; this rich mercy of God which this Authour bath mentioned for the confuting of ab- folute Election and Non._election is rather a confirming thereof. C Mercy is more naturall and plea_ fing unto God vindicative Juflice is a firange work. He cloth not willingly af_ _ic, &c. That is fail to be naturall and pleating unto God , which cometh originally from bimfeif, & is not an ad depending upon the rnifdeferts of the creature.
