If God had revealed his decree of Non- eleecion to the angels which proved apo- ftaticall, it had been folly and madneffe to have refufed that excellent being which God bellowed upon them, for fear of that wofull beingwhich by his permiflion they brought wilfully upon themfelves. Laft- ly, God in his wisdome bath made the de- crees of Eleecion and Non-election fecrets to beconcealed onely in his own bofome: and therefore it is vain and idle to frame arguments upon fuppofal that God fhould make them revealed and commonly known to fingular perfons. Now to his latter queftion; Who, if he did believe thedecrees of abfolute Prede- ftination and Reprobation, would notcurfe his birth-day ? &c.
