That we may not be carried away with the world, or conformed thereunto , but transformed by the renewing of our minds ;and that we mayprove what is the good will of God, acceptable, and perfeól. As touching the manner, We are here taught that we are not to reft in opere operato, in the deed done; but that we are to be carefull as of the matter fo alto of the manner. It is not fufficient that we do the will of God, unleffe we do it after a fpirituall man- ner, 2. Chron.2 5.2. Many think if they heare, it is fufficient; and care not how : but Chrift faith, Luke 8. 18. Take heed hero ye heare.
