THE Apoflle fpends this Chapter from the r 3th. verfe to the end in Three things principally. I· In fetting out Jefus Chrifi in all that fulnefs of the riches of his glory wherewith he is anayed and reprefented in the Gofpel from verfe '3· to 23. from whence to the 4th. verfe of the fecond Chapter, he falls into a Commendation and Elogium of the Gofpel, Wh1cb is that Myflery (as the Text bath it,)where– in is mode k11own that rich Glory of Chrijl, the Glory of the M.Jfler;•, which Riches u Chrifl.
