APPENDIX. 239 the master and ffellows of Gonvil and Caius College (the undoubted patrons of the said vicarage), being desirous to add all possible encourage- ment to the future incumbent of the said vicarage, have jointly and vnani- mously ordered and decreed the day and yere above written, that for the future the rectorie impropriate in Ffoulden aforesaid, belonging to the said college, shall be perpetually annexed to the said vicarage, and that the vicars thereof successively shall enjoy the same during their residence there, without payment of any ffiue or income paying to the said college the ancient usually reserved rents.
