Which words, it is plain, are only a direction to a Minifler of Chrifl, whole Labours were necefiary to the very being of the Chri/lian church, in the place where He was, and highly ufeful to all the Chri/lians there : but contain not in them the leaf} Infinuation, that whoever hath once an Authority given him to Minifler publickly in the Chriflian Church, is under an obligation never to ceafe doing fo, whether his Labours be neceffary, or for the advan- tage of the ChriflianChurch, or no.
