Is it in the Government of your Churches? What is that ? Presbyterian, or Independent? And in what Both it exceed the Epifcopal form ? Is it more antient, or more bene- ficial to the Flock of Chrift ? You can- not thew a Church, before thefe late times, in which Bithops, as Superiour to Pref- byters, did not prefide; nor canyou thew any advantage to the Church in any other Government, which that of Bithops is without. Is this preeminence in the Dif- cipline ofyour Churches ? Where is it to be Peen, and how is it exercifed ? I cannot fay that you are without it, becaufe I am not well enough acquainted with the prefent {fate of your Churches to be able to fay it; but I cannot hear that you can boaft of any regular, beneficial, and truly Chriflian Difcipline?
