Conflant Communion is, I confefs, a practical difinning owni , and condemning all other worfhippingAfemblies ; I mean, fuch as have feparated from the Church of England. I fay, it is a practical diforvn- ing them, thus far, that it is a practical declaration, that we judge Con1ant Com- munion with the Church of England to be lawful ; and preferable to a fparation.
