This letter was intercepted, at Prince Hupert's quarters, and opened and sent her. There was with Prince Rupert, at that time, one Captaine W"elch, who having us'd to come to Captaine Apsley, and seene Mrs. I-Iutchinson with him, made a pretence of civillity to visitt her, that day that all the Prince's horse marcht away. They marcht by the doore of the house where she was, and all the household were gone out to see them, and had left her alone in the house, with Mr. George I-Iutchinson, who was in her chamber, when Capt. W"elch came in, and she went downe into the parlour to receive him.
