Thina-s that are defiled, are ufually walhed and made clean in Water. lt is indeed the Bath of Nature, which the God of Nature hath appointed for the cleanfing of Things or Creatures that are pol– -luted. Ill. Water hath a cooling Vir– tue, it cools the Earth afrer a ve– hement hot and parching SeafOn ; fo the fweating Traveller cools himlelf by walhing in Water. Jefus Chrift opens the Oven of a diil:em– pered Heart, and by cafting the Water of the Spirit epon ir, brings it into a c6oler Temper.
