The Morning brings Joy and Gladnefs with it; it makes the Birds to Gng, and fend forth their warbling Notes : So the Morning of the RefurreClion will bring Joy and Gladnefs to all the Righteous; then !hall the Saints Gng for Joy of Heart, and be glad in the Lord. We commonly give a Guefs what kind of Day it will be by the Morning: So by the Morning of the RefurreCl:ion, the Godly will perceive what kind of Day the Day of Eternity, or Glory of Chrift's Kingdom will be. IX. In a fpringing Morning Things look frefh and very beautiful, and alfo fend forth a moll: fw~et and fragrant Scent: So in the Morning of the Refurreftion, the Earth will appear·in its Beauty, and the Saints in their Glory : 'I' hen Jhall the Righteoui jhine forth as the Suit, in .Jhe Kingdom r;f their Father, &c. IL Some fall into fuch a found Sleep, that thev muft, when rhere is occaGon for it, be awakened: So the Dead are fallen into fuch a faft or found Sleep, that they muft be awakened: Marvel not at this, for the Hour is comil/g, ilt tbc which all that are in the Gravejha!l hear his Voice, John v. 28. There is a great Difference between one Man's awaking out of Sleep, and ana· thers; fame are awakened before they are willing, and aril~ up with great Horror and Arruzement; when orhers awake in a fweet, peaceable, and quier l\1anner, &c. So there will be a great Difference between the awaking of the Godly and the Ungodly, at the la!t·Day. '· The Godly !hall arife fooner than the Ungodly: 'f.)e Dead in Chrift /ball rifefirft, I Cor. xv. 2.
