That the delinquents therein menrioned ihould undergo the pe• nalties afligned in the bill. And (S·) That the celfation with the irijh be difannulled; and the manage-– ment of the war left to the parliament. The propofitions relating to religion were, 1. " That his majefiy, according to the laudable example of his father, "'would be pl eafed eo fwear and fign th~ latejo/emn league and covenant, .
