'Vhereforethe fulnefs of Grace was befl:owed on the Humane Nature ofChrifr, and the Image of God glorioJfly implanted thereon, that it might be the Prototype and Example of what the ·Church was through him to be made partaker of. That which God in– tends tor us, in the internal Communicationof his Grace, and ·in the ufe ofall the Ordinances of the Church, is, that we may come unto the meafure of the fiature of the fulnefs which is in Chrifl, Ephej: 4I 3. · There is a fulnefs of all Grace in Chrifi. Hereunto are we to be brought according to the meafore that is defigncd unto every one ofus.
