Whatever there is of Good - nefs, Virtue, Duty, Grace in an Vnregenerate perfon, there is in him that is Regenerate fomcwhat of another kind that is not in the other at all. For the difference of thefe (fates themfelves it is plain in Scripture. The one is a (fate of Death, the other of Life ; the one of Darlenefs, the other of Light ; the one ofEn- mity again!'
