But in regard of his latter dispensation, when he sent the rod of his strength out of Sion, and went forth conquering and to conquer, and gave commission to preach the gos- pel unto every creature ; so the whole world is now under the gospel become Immanuel's land, and he is king of all the earth, Psa. xlvii. 7.
