SERMON XXVII. hIYMN FOR SERMON XXVII. Christian Morality, viz. Chastity. TIIE Lord, how great bis majesty, How pure are all his ways, Sinners unclean offend his eyes, Nor stand before his face. Thou hast ordain'd immortal woes, And everlasting fire, To be the just reward of those Who follow loose desire. 081 I bear, I read the dreadful doom Of Sodom ; in thy word ; And dares a feebleworm presume Thus toprovoke the Lord ? Dear Saviour, guard me by thy grace, From thoughts andwords unclean, Nor let temptation gain success To drawmy soul to sin.
