to know whom
Chrift
giveth;
we
mutt know,that Chrift
bath
himfelfe diverfely difpofed
in

giving
of
Minifters.
There are
three forts
of
Minifters.
Some are ignorant and fcandalous.
Some
of
knowledge,
and free from
crime, but
unfandtified.
Some
are truely Sanctified.
The
firft
Chrift permitteth
or
inflicteth
as
judgements,Mat.
28.19.
For
to
him
is
allpower
and
judgement committed
in
heaven
and earth.
The
fecond
Chrift
giveth,
and
that for
the good
of
the
Church
:
for
if
men
be
qualified for
life and
doctrine,
ami
have
a
calling,
are inwardly excited
and
outwardly
called, that
is,
approved
of
the
Church,
defired, or after accepted by the people,
they are
to be held
as
Minifters, given
for
the good
of
the Church,
though
