Let me fpeake this home, we have a Command now to beleeve in Chrift; and a Promife : Thole that come unto him, he ever liveth to make Inter - ceflion for them : And we have Examples of many that have come unto Jefus Chrift, born themfelves upon his Interceflion, andhave gone away cured : what ! was it no Prefumption for the woman to come and touch Chrift, without a Comrnandement, and a Promife, and an Exam- ple? andhave you Examples, and have you Promifes, and have you Comrnandements to beleeve, and will you fay this is Prefumption ? Be not deceived, it is no Preempti- on for thee, poor foul, to bear thy feifat length upon Jefus Chrift. Secondly, To make this out a little more fully : I fhall difcover who thole are that the Interceflion of yetis Chrift does belong unto. If any man fn, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jefus Chrifi the righteous. You will fay, This is tobe carried upon thofe that were fpoke ofbefore: and thofe were fuch as had fellowfhip with theFather: Trudy, our fellowfhip is with the Father, andwith his Sonne yefue Chrifi ; Chap. z verfe 3.
